Work With the Best
At BonaDent you'll be working alongside some of the country's best technicians. We have LVI-certified technicians, Pankey Institute alums, NYU Dental Program grads, and in-house trainers who act as mentors, managers and team leaders. While our teams are structured to maximize quality and productivity, BonaDent's unique collaborative environment allows for ideas, skills and techniques to be passed along freely among technicians. At BonaDent, decades of knowledge and vast experience are explained, taught and put into practice every day.
The FLCAD
The Finger Lakes Center for Advanced Dentistry is our in-house educational facility, designed to provide our dental techs with the best educational experience possible. We bring in talent from all over the world, including such industry heavyweights as Willi Geller, Peter Pizzi, Martin Schmidt and Thomas Trinkner to work directly with our technicians. Having an in-house training and career development facility in place is another unique aspect of life at BonaDent that just can't be found at other laboratories.

Through events at FLCAD, and working alongside our customer dentists, our dental technicians see how their work can positively impact the life of the end patient. Working closely with dentists allows us to have a better understanding of their work and to better identify expectations dentists have from one of the country's premier dental labs.

Lab Day at BonaDent!

Lab Day at BonaDent brings industry partners and lab techs from our Florida Lab together for a full day of CE and professional development right at our lab! Lab Day is a highly anticipated annual event at BonaDent because of the valuable and instructive course offerings and the great team-building atmosphere!
Learn from Dental Industry Leaders
We have forged long-term relationships with some of the industry’s most prominent players: 3M, Ivoclar, Jensen, 3i, among others. Ivoclar Vivadent, for instance, has a training center in nearby Amherst, NY, where we send our laboratory techs to learn about their revolutionary high-tech products and state-of-the-art techniques.

Lab Day at BonaDent!

Now in its second year, Lab Day at BonaDent brings industry partners and lab techs from our Florida lab together for a full day of CE and professional development at the Finger Lakes Center for Advanced Dentistry, our in-house training facility. Lab Day is already a highly anticipated annual event here at BonaDent, partially because the course offerings are especially valuable and instructive, but it also turns out to be a lot of fun and is a great team-building event.
Like to Travel?
Many burgeoning techs at BonaDent choose to travel to get an education at such top-tier training institutes as the Las Vegas Institute or at the Pankey Institute. At BonaDent, we help sponsor this type of career advancement and pride ourselves in having a number of accredited techs in house who have graduated and returned better positioned to excel than before they left.

The BonaDent Team is often seen at large-scale industry trade events such as Lab Day East in NYC and Cal-Lab at the Chicago Mid-Winter Conference. We represent ourselves well as a business and, again, our technicians are always encouraged to spread their wings and take in as much knowledge and experience as possible.
